Fees
We mainly charge hourly or block fees with an affinity to block fees.
Block fee:
Involves paying a fixed, upfront amount for a specific legal service or program. This fee remains the same regardless of the time spent by the consultant or firm on your case. Block fees is our preferred method of billing as it offers our clients predictability and transparency, since they will know the total cost before the work begins. Our clients appreciate this structure for its simplicity and the assurance that there won’t be unexpected costs down the line.
Hourly Fee:
Our hourly fee structure is exclusively reserved for our initial consultation, typically lasting one hour. During this dedicated session, we meticulously explore our clients’ backgrounds, qualifications, credentials, experiences, and immigration goals. Together, we craft a comprehensive roadmap tailored to their unique circumstances, outlining actionable steps towards achieving their objectives. We firmly believe that this initial consultation sets a definitive tone for a successful project, providing clarity and direction from the outset.
By utilizing an hourly fee for this initial consultation, we afford our clients the flexibility to make informed decisions about their legal representation. This separation of fees empowers clients with the option to discontinue services after the initial consultation if they so choose. Over time, we have observed that some of our clients have gained substantial insights and guidance during this meeting, equipping them to pursue the immigration process independently. We fully support and respect our clients’ autonomy in this regard, understanding that each individual’s journey is unique and may evolve in unforeseen ways.
The fee for the initial consultation will be credited towards the total cost of the service upon retaining our firm
